Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy
Returns
As our products are freshly prepared, perishable and often made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, personal preference or failure to store the product correctly.
Cancellations
- Standard orders: Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. A full refund may be provided where production has not commenced.
- Same-day orders: Once production has commenced, orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled or refunded.
- Customised, bulk, corporate and special orders: Once preparation, customisation or procurement has commenced, these orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled or refunded.
- Cancellation is valid only once it has been confirmed by Elán.
Refunds & Order Issues
If you receive a wrong, materially incomplete, defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately and preferably within 2 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photographs/videos clearly showing the issue
- Photographs of the packaging, where relevant
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing the matter, Elán may, as appropriate, offer a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the nature of the issue.
Approved refunds will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days or longer depending on the payment provider or bank.
Delivery-Related Issues
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address or contact number, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept the order, access restrictions or other circumstances attributable to the customer, the order may not be eligible for a refund, particularly where the product is perishable or made to order.
For products damaged during delivery, please photograph the product and packaging immediately upon receipt and before consuming or disposing of it, and contact us so that we can assess the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
